No Sales Noise.
Common questions about commercial coil cleaning, contractor partnerships, pricing, and service areas.
What does Colorado Coil Cleaning do?
We specialize in HVAC coil cleaning for commercial properties and mechanical contractors—condenser coils, evaporator coils, rooftop units, air handlers, multi-unit projects, and recurring cleaning programs. We do not provide HVAC repair, refrigerant work, installation, or mechanical modification.
Do you compete with HVAC contractors?
No. We are a subcontracting resource. Your technicians handle diagnostics, repairs, installations, replacements, and emergency service. We handle the coils. We want mechanical companies to use us for cleaning work—not lose customers to us.
Why do coils need cleaning?
Dirty coils can restrict airflow and interfere with effective heat transfer. Professional cleaning helps remove dirt, dust, cottonwood, pollen, grease, and other buildup that can interfere with equipment performance. We support energy-efficient operation as part of responsible maintenance messaging—without guaranteeing specific utility savings percentages.
Do you publish fixed pricing?
No. Every project is scoped individually. Pricing varies based on equipment, number of units, condition, accessibility, project size, travel, and one-time vs. recurring work. Free estimates are available—request a free estimate, contractor pricing, multi-unit pricing, or ask about recurring service.
Can you handle multi-unit commercial projects?
Yes. We are built around commercial scale—from a handful of units to larger portfolios. Have 5, 20, 50, or 100+ units that need cleaning? Let's talk.
Do you offer recurring cleaning programs?
Yes. Seasonal, semi-annual, annual, or customized recurring programs are available for commercial properties and contractor partnerships.
Where do you work?
We are based in Colorado Springs and serve the Pikes Peak region—including communities such as Monument, Fountain, Falcon, Manitou Springs, Woodland Park, and El Paso and Teller Counties. Extended travel is available for qualifying commercial projects and contractor partnerships across the Colorado Front Range, including Castle Rock, Pueblo, Parker, Centennial, Littleton, Aurora, and Denver Metro.
Do you serve residential customers?
Residential service may be available for qualifying customers, but commercial work and contractor partnerships are our primary focus.
What is your process?
Request → Review → Quote → Schedule. Tell us what you need, send photos when available, we review and provide project-specific pricing, then schedule once scope and pricing are confirmed.
